1. Definitions

"Customer," "You," "Your" refers to the individual purchasing or using our services.
"Services" refers to appliance repair, insurance plans, claims handling, and any related offerings provided by FH Repair.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our services.
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Service Coverage
Coverage applies only to appliances listed in your service plan.
Appliances must be in working condition at the time of plan purchase; pre-existing faults are excluded.
Full details, including inclusions and exclusions, are provided in your plan documents.
4. Payments & Renewals
Payments must be made in full and on time as per your selected plan.
Plans will not automatically renew unless specifically agreed.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your plan.
5. Exclusions
Our plans do not cover:
Pre-existing damage or faults.
Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or wear and tear.
Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
Appliances used for commercial or business purposes.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made.
If cancelled after 14 days but within 28 days, a partial refund may be considered.
After 28 days, plans are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Claims Process
All claims must be submitted through FH Repair’s official support channels.
Proof of appliance ownership and issue details may be required.
FH Repair may arrange repair, replacement, or reimbursement, depending on plan terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
FH Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the current plan.
9. Changes to Terms
FH Repair reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
