Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FH Repair, we strive to provide trusted and reliable appliance repair and insurance services. If you decide our plan isn’t right for you, our refund policy ensures a fair and transparent process.

1. Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your plan within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided no claims have been made.

This right applies regardless of the payment method used.

2. Refunds After 14 Days

If you cancel after 14 days but within 28 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on your plan and circumstances.

After 28 days, service plans are non-refundable, unless required by law.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be issued if:

A claim has already been submitted or approved.

The appliance was ineligible for coverage at the time of plan purchase.

The coverage period has expired.

When submitting a request, please include your name, plan details, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Payment Methods Accepted

We currently accept:

Debit or Credit Card (online payments)

Bank Transfer / Direct Debit

Your 14-day cancellation right applies to all accepted payment methods.

6. Plan Activation & Payments

Once your plan is activated, you will receive confirmation via email.

Please ensure sufficient funds are available at the time of payment to avoid delays.

Failed payments may result in automatic cancellation of your plan.

7. Changes to This Policy

FH Repair reserves the right to update or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services will signify your acceptance.
